Alejandro Collia is a political scientist specializing in conflict resolution and transformation, citizen participation, democratic dialogue, and strategic planning. He is the: Temporary President of the International Metropolitan Fellowship. Executive Director of Global & Local, a consultancy group working on urban development. Former Executive Secretary of the Federal Human Rights Council of Argentina. Consultant expert on democratic dialogue to UNDP in Argentina.
